Our Commitment to Satisfaction: At Dog, Dog & Dog, we're dedicated to delivering high-quality products that you and your pet will love. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make things right.

Return Period: You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Products must be in new, unused condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products must have all tags attached and include all original parts and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or customized items.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Ship the Product: Package your item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item at any time.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, be sure to contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility unless the item is being returned because it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
